Domestic Shipping

In the interest of keeping things as simple as possible, we're offering flat $3.95 shipping for all US domestic orders.

International Shipping

We are not yet shipping internationally, but please let us know what countries you'd like us to ship to first! Please email support@earlybirdblue.com for international inquiries. 

Policy on Returns & Exchanges

The great thing about Baby Valet is that you can never have enough of them. If you’re already using a Baby Valet, and receive one or more as a gift, they can all be put to use!

However, we want you to be happy and understand if you would like to make a return or exchange for a Baby Valet with a different pattern. We will gladly provide a refund, or an exchange, for any unused Baby Valet which is returned within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to accept items that are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

If you believe your Baby Valet is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately/within 30 days of purchase. Similarly, if you believe there has been a mistake with the order, such as a missing item, please contact us within 5 days of purchase. We will do our best to make it right.
